Dark tower

So many books I've read...

About 40 every year, sometimes I can even go to 60 every year...

So many stories to tell and tales to foresee...

But none of them, absolutely none of them, can be like The Dark Tower...

I've only read the first two books (currently on The Waste Lands) and it's already given me a reason to pursue a purpose of being a writer.

How? I don't know... I just know I can do it.

I think a good writer realizes his virtues when picturing characters in a certain situation. King does it just perfectly when drawing the Gunslinger and the Ka-tet... Only those of you who have read the novels know what I'm talking about...

Ka is purpose... Ka-tet is the group of individuals pursuing ka, one from many. Ka-tet is the people brought together for fate... or ka...

Their ka shall be uncovered and discovered once they find the tower...

It's all mumbo jumbo to some of you... but to me it's precisely what I've been lookin' for...

I consider myself to be not a good writer but a good storyteller... my stories are simple and violent. No sentimentalism present on any of those but pure human description...

Interesting? not so much I reckon...

This post does not have any reason to be... it's just my ka... and my quest for becoming more than what I am right now... is it possible? totally...

Many of you who read me admire my work and ask for more. For now it's just not possible since I am a gunslinger... and I'm looking for a Tower...

Does anyone have a doubt about King being my favorite writer?

After this post there shouldn't be any doubt about it

IT is probably the best book ever written and The Long Walk (Richard Bachman) is full of things I would have liked to have written first... The Stand I haven't read because I'm simply not prepared... Currently I have to finish The Dark Tower series and then I will see...

To whom it may concern: after reading The Dark Tower, I'm planning on reading all King novels in the order he recommends to do so... Supposedly it's something totally different... Cool huh?

It's not fantasy (Lord of the rings), it's not an epic history... it's The Dark Tower...

And THIS is ka...
